Best ham ever n great serves

Love honey baked ham. But beware that reserving a ham for a holiday doesn't necessarily mean they will have a ham for you when you get there to pick up. I reserved a 4-6 lb quarter ham online for Easter. Got to the Sawmill store at 8 am Saturday morning to find they had sold out of the quarter hams. So does a reservation really have any meaning? Luckily I got there early so they had half hams to sell me.

Ever tried a bite of their ham or turkey? If yes you know why I gave five stars if not maybe YOU deserve a one star! Gotta try it! Delicious!

The employees are always great and the food is wonderful. The lines around holidays are crazy and move slow, so I would recommend getting there before the doors open.

Even though it was Christmas Eve and the lines were long we still got throughout in no time to be greeted by super friendly folks. Awesome ham as always!! Will be back many times.

Lunch here was great! Fresh and light. I had the chicken salad on a croissant and it was very good. The smashed potatoes are a nice change from chips or fries. They have Coke products so that's always a plus for me. Tereecea answered all my questions and was just a genuinely nice person. The perfect person for a first impression of this business! The store/ cafe was spotless. The bathroom was clean and we'll stocked. A great change of pace!

Love both their ham and their turkey. Quick service even during the holidays. Buy both our Thanksgiving and Christmas meats there every year for last 10+ years.

This place has amazing sandwiches. I was really sad that during the time I was there (11:45am - 1pm) there were just two other buyers. This place is WAY TOO GOOD to be allowed to go down. Try it, and you'll be hooked!

Long line but it moved well.

Went to pickup an online order for Easter. They oversold and told me they were out. That’d be bad if I didn’t wait in line for 40 minutes to find this out. They were purposely not telling the line so they could try to sell their disappointed customers on their overpriced dudes, which I can safely say was 0% of us. Haven’t seen a retailer actively hate their customers like this in a while. Would do zero stars if I could.

Must try! Just do it. You won't be disappointed.

There must have been 60 people in line but took 10-15 minutes to get through. Great food. Terrific service. Great combo.

Forgot to post about this - Thanksgiving we are aware is a busy time...we placed an order well in advance for a ham that ranged at Max $50. We waited in line for some time to find once we got up there they couldn't find our name on the list. We showed them our confirmation number and basically told us well you're out of luck and the only size we have is an $90 ham which was way too big for our group and went to waste. Worst customer service especially when we patiently waited in line, were responsible to order ahead of time and even provided the confirmation to tell us we were SOL. Will NOT order again.

The ham is delicious and they had buy 1 pound get 1 pound free.

Sales associate by the name of Chris was extremely was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. I ordered half boneless ham and I explained to him that I had a $7 coupon for $50 minimum purchase. He suggested to get one of the side dishes so that I could use the $7 coupon. Chris was a model employee and I appreciated his hospitality.

This was our first experience picking up a ham at the store. Previously, we purchased one at a kiosk at Kroger. However that kiosk is no longer available. So, we reserved a Honey Baked ham online - didn't purchase, just reserved. When we arrived at the store, there was a line outside the door that was wrapped around the front and side of the building. This was somewhat surprising. Upon entering the store, there was an amusement park wrap around line. Nonetheless, the line continually moved and everyone waiting was patient. There were four or five cash registers. Upon approaching the next available register, we gave our name, and when it was found on the list, we were asked if we wanted the lower or higher serving range. A ham was retrieved; we looked at it, approved it, paid for it and left. This process took 50 minutes. God's glorious sunshine made the wait outside enjoyable, so it was a pleasant experience despite the long wait.

I stopped in to buy Honey Mustard Mayonnaise, the best I've ever had. I decide to get a sandwich to go. I could not believe how good it was, I will be stopping and eatting, there every time I'm in Dublin now. The sandwich was to die for it, I told everyone about how good it was. The employees were so nice, the guy that prepared my sandwich, brought it to me. You have to check out the restaurant!!!

Sawmill Road Honey Baked Ham store makes the best ham salad in the world. Whenever I visit Columbus Ohio it is a must stop for me. I am from San Antonio and have not yet found a honey-baked ham in that area. I also bought the life of whole wheat bread that they use for their sandwiches. Yum yum yum talk about high-end Bread. Michelle took very good care of me. Thank you very much for a warm greeting.

Often have large groups and purchase the ham, turkey and frozen side dishes. Very good food and service .

Extremely quick service at a very busy time.

This company is great. I mean ya it is a box store chain but it does do everything right. Very clean, very friendly and really nice inside.Short lines which mover pretty fast. It is pricey and this is about the only down side of things. But by saying pricey, it really is.Great area of the city, but avoid rush hour times or you will regret if because of all the extra traffic and congestion in the area.

Had the chicken salad sandwich for lunch on a croissant. Delish! Fresh and overstuffed. Husband had the cup of baked potato soup and half a ham sandwich. He loved both, but said the soup was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Took about 15 minutes or more to get a sandwich made to go was not very happy. Wasn't like they were busy or even understaffed just took forever. The sandwich was tasty though. But from that single experience will probably not go back. Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for food.
